Payment & cancellation Policy
Reservations should be made as soon as possible to reserve the desired vacation. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total price. Deposits can be made by ;
- Bank transfer
- Western Union
- Credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Only the Directors will be able to access your personal data. We will only collect the information we need to provide you with the vacation that best suits your request and manage it safely and responsibly.
The pre-booking will be limited to the information you have voluntarily submitted, usually just your name and email address. After booking we will request further information and this will include full names, email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, date of birth, any health or dietary concerns and emergency contact details. When we use forms to collect sensitive data, we use Google Forms and the submitted data is stored only in Google Forms / Google Drive, password protected and only accessible by directors.
With the exception of sharing your name and dietary requirements with your chosen hotels, we do not share this information with third parties.
